Celebrity Style: Beyoncé & RM by Roland Mouret

Primero Heidi Klum. Más tarde Jennifer Ellison y hace nada Jennifer Lopez. Tres mujeres muy diferentes eligieron el mismo vestido, y también coincidentalmente las tres también optaron por complementos negros.

Jennifer Lopez, en concreto, lució un par de taconazos de vértigo - por algo se llamarán de doble plataforma - de Yves Saint Laurent.

Lo interesante en estos zapatos de YSL, además de que ya las tiene la mitad de Hollywood (pero este tema lo dejaremos para otro post), es su su suela azul. Mira que efecto tan bonito: 

The interesting thing about these YSL shoes, on top of the fact that about a half of Hollywood owns them already (but let's leave this for a separate post), are their blue soles. What a nice effect, isn't it?:

Ya que estamos, aprovecho para felicitar a Victoria Beckham por su nuevo corte. Si no me equivoco, la última vez lo tenía tan cortito hará unos 9 años. La foto es del año 2000. En ese momento Victoria desfilaba durante London Fashion Week para Maria Grachvogel. Pasaron ocho años y Victoria cumplió otro de sus sueños, presentar su primera colección de vestidos y no en cualquier lugar, sino en New York Fashion Week. ¡Felicidades!

Here I'd like to congratulate to Victoria Beckham for her new hair do. If I'm correct the last time she cut her hair this short was about 9 years ago. The picture is from 2000. Back then Victoria was making her catwalk debut for Maria Grachvogel at London Fashion Week. Eight years later Victoria made another dream of hers reality by presenting her own collection of dresses and she did her designer debut at New York Fashion Week. Congratulations!



Mira como me estoy enrollando... y eso que la protagonista de este post iba a ser Beyoncé... así que aquí viene. Vestida de RM by Roland Mouret. El mismo vestido que las otras tres fashion queens arriba pero en otro color. Además de elegir un color que aún no hemos visto a nadie, es la única que decidió lucir el vestido en una modificación más corta, justo por encima de las rodillas.

Back to the point... the protagonist of this post was ment to be Beyoncé... so here she comes. Dressed in RM by Roland Mouret Pigalle wool dress. The same the other three ladies above have chosen but in a different colour. On top of chosing a colour that was not spotted on any other famous fashion queen so far, she's also the only one that decided to wear a shorter version of the dress.

Sxy Fashion Queens in Paris

Ya lo ves... parece que no puedo vivir sin vosotr@s. Pues eso... que no. ¿Y qué pasa? ;o)
En vez de estar terminando una presentación (tendré que hacerlo esta noche entonces), estaba "espiando" las Sxy Fashion Queens que en estos días volaron a Paris para atender las pasarelas. Como me hubiera gustado estar ahí, por lo menos en las de Valentino y Galliano. ¡Qué envidia! Y no, no es la envidia que en España se denomina "la envidia sana", es la envidia pura y dura. Y me pregunto, ¿existe la envidia sana? ¿No es parecido a estar casi embarazada o tener unos zapatos negros y llamarlos blancos?
You see... it seems I can't live without you. So yes... I can't. And so what? :o)
Instead of finishing a presentation (I'll have to do it this night then), I've been "spying" the Sxy Fashion Queens that flew to Paris to attend the catwalks. I would have loved being there, at least at the ones of Valentino and Galliano. I'm so jealous! And no, this is not what in Spain is called "healthy envy", no this is the pure and absolute envy. I've been asking myself, does something like healthy envy exist? Isn't it like being almost pregnant or having black shoes and calling them white?

Una vez terminada la pasarela, Victoria voló a Inglaterra, donde por la noche se ha vuelto a convertir en la picante más pija de todas. Esta vez contó con una fan de lujo, su amiga Eva Longoria, que está promocionando su nueva película "Over Her Dead Body" en Reino Unido.
Once the catwalk was over, Victoria flew back to UK, where the same night she turned the poshest spice of all again. This time supported by a great fan of hers, her friend Eva Longoria, that is currently in UK, promoting her new movie "Over Her Dead Body".

Lucy, como ya nos estamos acostumbrando, de lo más atrevida. Cuando vi la pieza rosa en la pasarela, tenía curiosidad por quién va a ser la primera chica en lucirlo, si es que, dado el carácter tan peculiar de la prenda, alguien se atreve. Lucy se etrevió, pero no me acaba de convencer la combinación con el vestido de lazos. ¿Qué opinas?
Lucy, as we're getting used to, the most daring. When I saw the pink piece for the first time on the catwalk, I was very curious about who's going to be the first one, if anybody will dare, due to the peculiar look of the garment. Lucy did, but I'm not crazy about the combination with dress with bows. What do you think?

...y ayer Katie Holmes. La falda es la misma que lució Victoria en el show de Jay Leno en Julio. Katie viste cada vez mejor, su estilo está mejorando muchísimo. Y en este outfit concretamente, se nota la influencia de Victoria, ¿a que sí?
And yesterday Katie Holmes. The skirt is the same Victoria wore for the Jay Leno show back in July. Katie's style is improving a lot. And concretely in this outfit is noticeable Victoria's influence, isn't it?
