Every actress has a secret to maintain her beauty. Salma Hayek chose to keep beautiful using natural recipes. This 43-year-old star is taking 'juice cleansing' as part of an effort to maintain the beauty of her body.

Hayek undergo detox system, Cooler Cleanse, she designed with her friend, Eric Helms. In an interview with UsMagazine.com, the actress reveals the secrets of the her beautiful body. "I've been undergoing this cleansing juice for 15 years. I've followed the liver with (eating) rich foods (high calorie food), cleaning is a great way to press the reset button it," said Hayek.
