At 52, Sharon Stone dons a bikini

Sharon Stone has stripped down to a tiny bikini for a low-budget comedy flick 'Five Bucks A Day'.

The film, which has been directed by 'Calendar Girls' and 'Made In Dagenham' British filmmaker, had such a low budget that the props department couldn't afford to loan Stone a handbag, reports the Daily Mail.

The star, 52, posed in a tiny tiger print bikini in 'Five Bucks A Day' - complete with a packet of cigarettes down the front of her bottoms.

'Five Bucks A Day' also stars Christopher Walken, Alessandro Nivola, Amanda Peet and former Superman star Dean Cain.

Although made in 2008, it only got a limited release last year, but is now out on DVD.

Sharon Stone Apologizes For Her "Karma" Comment

haron Stone has apologized for suggesting that the recent earthquake in China was due to bad "karma." (She is just doing this because they said they would stop showing her movies.) "Due to my inappropriate words and acts during the interview, I feel deeply sorry and sad about hurting Chinese people," the actress, 50, said in the statement. "I am willing to take part in the relief work of China's earthquake, and wholly devote myself to helping affected Chinese people."

Christian Dior — which released the statement from the actress — also dropped her from its Chinese ads after her remark last week at the Cannes Film Festival. Sharon (a staunch Tibetan rights advocate) had tied the natural disaster — which has claimed at least 65,000 lives — to Beijing's policy on Tibet.

"This earthquake ... happened, and then I thought, 'Is that karma? When you're not nice that the bad things happen to you?'" she told Hong Kong's Cable Entertainment News. Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang told the Associated Press: "We hope that as an actress she should contribute to our two peoples' mutual trust, understanding and friendship."
