Heather Locklear Is Back Home After A Month In Treatment

After successfully completing four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression, Heather Locklear is back home. "Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."

While the actress's recovery is "a work in progress," Heather seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says the pal, who has seen Heather since she returned home last weekend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all – it's so nice to hear her laugh."

During her time at the Arizona facility, Heather, 46, remained under doctors' care while getting therapeutic spa treatments, riding horses and spending quality time alone. Her spirits were lifted by two visits from boyfriend Jack Wagner.

Since she checked herself in on June 19, Heather has enjoyed the support of her ex, Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora. Their daughter Ava, 10, spent the last few weeks with Richie but is now with her mom. Heather is most excited, says the source, to be "back home with Ava."

Heather Locklear Enters Rehab For Psychological Treatment

Heather Locklear has entered rehab for psychological treatment, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," the rep said in a statement. "This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

In March, TMZ.com reported that a pal called 911, fearing Heather, 46, was suicidal. The actress — who recently filmed the Lifetime movie Flirting with 40 — has a daughter, Ava, 10, with ex husband Richie Sambora. (He began dating her ex-friend Denise Richards after splitting with Heather. He was arrested for DUI in March.) Heather is currently dating her former Melrose Place costar Jack Wagner.

NOTE: It was not mentioned in the article, but Denise and Richie split in April of 2007. Also it was not clearly defined that Denise and Heather were no longer friends before she started seeing Richie and Heather had filed for divorce before the relationship started.

Denise Richards Says She Did Not Want Ex-Hubby's Sperm

No other Hollywood divorce and custody battle compares to Denise Richards and her ex-hubby, Charlie Sheen. Britney and K-Fed ain‘t got nothing‘ on these two! And with the actress' appearance on Wednesday's Today Show, it looks like it's only going to get uglier.

The main topic of discussion during Denise's live interview with Matt Lauer was an e-mail obtained by NBC News that was supposedly written by the Wild Things star to Charlie's fiancee Brooke Mueller requesting a sperm donation from her ex-husband so that she might have children on her own. "That e-mail is not legitimate," Denise told Matt. "It's a doctored e-mail... I would never send an e-mail to his girlfriend."

The actress also claimed that, during the time the message is purported to have been written, she was still involved with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. "If I wanted anyone's sperm, I would have asked for Richie's," she explained. Denise then said she had further evidence on her side. "What Charlie doesn't know is that on the date of that e-mail, I found out through my mother's doctor that she had two to six months to live," she said. "I wasn't looking to get pregnant, especially with my ex-husband."

In a statement released to Today, Charlie fires back: "Her claims that her e-mail has been fabricated or altered in any way to create this story are absurd. The mere fact that she continues to publicly discuss and harass both Brooke and me three years after our separation, which for the record is longer than the actual length of the marriage, is beyond desperate and speaks volumes."

Matt then brought up the topic of Denise's new reality show, which debuts Memorial Day on E! and which Charlie went to court in a failed attempt to prevent the couple's two daughter's from appearing on.

"When I originally approached Charlie he didn't have a problem, he signed the waiver that I needed," she claimed in the interview, adding that he later changed his mind, saying he wanted a change in their custody agreement before signing off on Sam and Lola's waivers. The actress told Matt that she took it all the way to a judge because, "I didn't want to change our custody for the show."

Ultimately, the court decided in Denise's favor. "Charlie is a stranger to me," Denise said of her relationship with Charlie. "He's my ex-husband and the father of my children and he's a stranger."
