Jennifer Garner Finally Acknowledges Her Pregnancy In The Media

Jennifer Garner has finally acknowledged her pregnancy. At an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of Baby Einstein products in L.A. Wednesday, a USA Today reporter asked the actress, 36, about her upcoming projects. Jennifer then pointed to her baby bump and said with a smile, “This.” She wouldn’t reveal her due date, USA Today reports.

"We're so excited, obviously," she told Access Hollywood. She also joked about her swollen belly. "Oh, I'm not pregnant. I just had a lot of carbs for breakfast. It's just — what do they call it — a breakfast pouch?" Jennifer and husband Ben Affleck — parents of daughter Violet Anne, 2 — recently snapped up a $16 million house in the L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood as they prep for their new baby.

In 2007, she told the UK edition of Marie Claire that she and Ben couldn't wait to give Violet a sibling. "We definitely wonder what it would be like to have another — hopefully, knock on wood, someday," she said. In June, Ben told Access Hollywood, "We're very happy. Things couldn't be better. We're kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home."

Us Magazine Says Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Are Indeed Expecting Baby Number 2

Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck are expecting another baby, Jennifer’s former Alias co-star Victor Garber confirms to Usmagazine.com. "Yes, she is," Garber, who currently stars on ABC's Eli Stone, told Us in a taped interview when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting. (Garber officiated the couple's 2005 wedding.) A source adds, "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy." Jennifer, 36, and Ben, 35, are parents to two-year-old daughter Violet Anne.

Jennifer hinted in October that she wanted to have another child. "We definitely wonder what it would be like to have another - hopefully, knock on wood, someday," Jennifer told Britain's Marie Claire. "My job is great to have as a mom. I get to take breaks and then work in a really concentrated way. During that concentrated time, it sucks, but whatever." Photos of Garner in loose fitting tops have had Web sites speculating about a bun in the oven for weeks.
