Neverland Ranch, which became the home of former King of Pop Michael Jackson proposed to be the California State Park. Members of parliament in California, Mike Davis says that it is very feasible to study the possibility of the CWIS (California Department of Parks and Recreation) took the Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara County.
He said, fans from around the world will visit the former residence of Michael Jackson, which is owned by private equity firms.
"Given that we have a shortage of funds, I think it would be difficult for departments to buy the property," Davis said.
He will propose a public-private partnerships for the management of Neverland Ranch. Davis said the plan was limited to new ideas. And he will introduce a bill or resolution on this issue after returning MPs return from recess in August 2010.
"I am committed to finding out all the details are likely to make a good proposal," said Davis
